The Lyallpur Young Historians Club (LYHC) is an esteemed organization dedicated to fostering a passion for history among the youth of Punjab and beyond. Established by a group of enthusiastic young historians, LYHC aims to provide a platform for intellectual exchange, collaboration, and exploration of historical themes. Our vision is to create a vibrant community of historians, united by their passion for history and driven by a desire to deepen their understanding of the past.

At LYHC, we believe that history is not just about studying the past; it is about understanding the present and shaping the future. Our club organizes a wide range of activities, including lectures, seminars, workshops, and field trips, to engage young minds in the fascinating world of history. We also provide opportunities for members to participate in research projects, conferences, and publications, enabling them to contribute to the advancement of historical knowledge.

The Lyallpur Young Historian Club-LYHC conducted its inaugural session in November 2018 in Lyallpur. Which was graced by a large number of audience as well as academics. Soon after the event Covid-19 struck. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Lyallpur Young Historians Club (LYHC) adapted to the new normal by launching an innovative online lecture series. This series not only provided a platform for scholars to share their insights but also connected Punjabis from all over the world in a meaningful way. Later on it also started collecting the history of the cities of Punjab as well.

Through the online lecture series, LYHC was able to transcend geographical boundaries, bringing together Punjabi historians, researchers, and enthusiasts from various corners of the globe. This virtual platform allowed participants to engage in enlightening discussions and gain valuable perspectives on a wide range of historical themes, from the comfort and safety of their homes. The online lecture series was a testament to LYHC's commitment to fostering a global community of historians and scholars, united by their passion for exploring the past. By leveraging technology, LYHC ensured that the spirit of historical inquiry and intellectual exchange continued to thrive, even in the face of unprecedented challenges.
